Getting an error message in Bartender Label software saying maximum characters reached in dialog prompt box? - bartender label software

I work with bartenders and access to work and I get an error message indicating that the head of the character, when I try to print a part number. I usually include Access database, remove, and then print the last character. I have tried everything. HELP PLEASE!
