Is it better to eat more healthier calories or less unhealthy calories? - calories in dried cherries

Who's day was better? I'm curious because I eat more calories than they, but the food was healthier ... It is therefore preferable to eat healthier and eat less healthy food?

15 Cherries


Snack --
dried seaweed

Dinner --
1 / 2 block tofu
1 scrambled egg with leek
1 stalk celery with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

My friend's-(about 1100 calories)
Breakfast --
1 Roll Pizza (30 calories)
1 stalk celery
20 Blue Berry

Snack --
1 / 2 bread with honey (200 calories)
Smart Food Popcorn

Lunch --
10 sour cream and onion chips

Dinner --
1 / 2 to p'zone Pizza Hut (600 calories)

OK if you just looking at calories, while a calorie is a calorie, it would have eaten more calories. However the food you eat a lot healthier for you and the nutrients and vitamins in food no doubt. You can eat fewer calories, but it is less calories than you to lose weight by eating some of these things. You are doing the right thing, that's for sure. You must be able to use your body feed.
