Diabetic Grocery Shopping I Am Trying To Become A Vegan And I Was Wondering What All I Need To Look For And Avoid When Shopping?

I am trying to become a Vegan and I was wondering what all I need to look for and avoid when shopping? - diabetic grocery shopping

I want to be vegan for health reasons. I have a very strong family history of complications of diabetes, heart attack and cancer. I suffer from diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol and I do not want to die, cause a slow and painful death, like my aunts, uncles, etc, etc. .. I read that the vegan diet is very useful for me. I was hoping that was vegan more experience tell me to see what ingredients to avoid and what to buy when shopping do not be casual foods with animal products in them.

Gelatin is also important that a piece of meat "natural flavors", so the need to feed on. I do not think so, but Twinkies beef bacon in them. Thus, everything revolves around just reading the ingredients. Maybe this will help

If you are health reasons, the last to be thin is a vegan. A vegetarian is acceptable for this purpose. Most vegans I know are vegans, out of respect for animals and what not.

A vegetarian diet is healthy, I assure you.

You really do not go vegan, only eat a balanced diet with lean meat. Eggs, milk, etc., can be very good for many health reasons. The meat also.
